Lovely Fanatail/Piwakawaka design on the front of this black skirt. The back is plain black. Made in NZ by Mad Cat designer Jill Alexander, Nelson. Fastens with a Centre back zip. Not sure of fabric as there's no tag. MADCAT skirts and t-shirts are pieces of unique textile artwork that you will love to wear.
